If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please return non-prescription products in their original condition and packaging, with the email confirmation within 10 days from order date on the invoice. We will issue a full refund of the product's purchase price and applicable taxes as a credit to your credit card account once we have received and processed the returned product(s). By law, we are unable to accept prescription returns for reuse or resale. See below for exceptions to this standard return policy.
How to Return Store Products
Begin by emailing to customerservice@interpharmaplus.com If a return is necessary, we have two simple methods you can choose from:
Mail the product in the original packaging to our return center. Please send the email confirmation with the product. Circle the item(s) you are returning on the invoice and check the box by the appropriate Return Code. You will be notified via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned product(s). If a product was sent to you in error, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for the return.
Exception:
Certain medical products have specific shipping requirements that make them an exception to our standard return policy. However, we cannot accept returns packages damaged, broken or without original wrapped.
